This cocktail has been famous in the Caribbean for decades, and got a huge surge in popularity after the release of the so-called Piña Colada Song in 1979.
1.5 oz Cane Run Rum
2 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
Pour Cane Run Rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth, and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry, and serve.
